ipsAttendant geolocates the device, associates the place and the activity performed and allows to stamp entry and exit.
ipsAttendant sends the data in real time to the ideaAzienda® Presence management software or to the Cloud module, the ideal program for the control and management of the income / expenses carried out by the companys collaborators.
From the compilation of the staff table, to the management of shifts and the attendance sheet up to the planning of interventions, ipsAttendant Cloud and ideaAzienda® Presenze are the complete and integrated applications for managing human resources.Furthermore, thanks to ipsAttendant, it is possible to draw up technical intervention reports indicating the intervention date and time, the warehouse items used, various expenses incurred and notes by the technician.
The reports can be signed by the customer and the technician and sent in real time via email and within the ideaAzienda® management system.
